REAL IMPACT
We work at the community level to bring an intentional focus to how race has impacted access to opportunity for underserved communities. We do this work by incorporating the perspectives of people who have been historically excluded. We bring an evidence-based, problem-solving approach to addressing inequities by helping to change process, design and planning so that opportunity can be available to everyone.
